Disappointed

So I was hoping to hear the President talk about illegal immigration last night, but what I heard was "amnesty, amnesty, amnesty". What is it about this serious problem that he cannot come to grips with. I mean, I like the man, and appreciate what he has done for the country, but this incessant pandering to illegal immigrants has got to stop. The men and women of the Border Patrol are suffering because of his (and most other politicians) myopic vision of what is really going on. I mean really, will it take more of this for them to see clearly, or maybe this will make it clear. It seems that the more Americans bring up the issue of illegal immigration, the more ignorant our leaders become. You can only stick your head in the sand for so long Mr. President.
